Initial visit for examining, evaluating, and treating one injury. Evaluations with initial treatment are 1.5 hours to encourage quicker progress. Treatments may include one or a combination of running gait analysis and correction, hands-on manual therapy techniques (trigger point dry needling, myofascial release, passive stretching, joint mobilization/manipulation, instrument assisted soft tissue scraping, deep tissue massage), running technique training, therapeutic exercises, corrective/neuromuscular exercises, or a number of other treatment options.
